TRACK OF THE DAY: JERUB – ‘Feel It’
Nottingham based singer-songwriter Jerub begins the new year with a single that puts all of the past year’s emotions into perspective. Emotive and quietly powerful in personal, as well as global, sentiment, ‘Feel It’ reaches out and takes us steadfastly by the hand.
TRACK OF THE DAY: Rebecka Reinhard – ‘No Release’
Swedish dream-pop aficionado Rebecka Reinhard addresses the whale in the room with the slow, rumbling anthem of ‘No Release’. Her newest track follows in the same deeply emotional footsteps of her previous single ‘Whale,’ with promises of a forthcoming EP by the same title.
TRACK OF THE DAY: NAKAYA – ‘Wither’
Ever striking and deeply human, New York resident and LA native, Nakaya has aptly engulfed our senses with her newest single to-date. Brimming with quiet artistry, ‘Wither’ reflects the soul behind the music. And as the seasons change beyond our walls, Nakaya’s resounding vocals leave us out of breath, while the warm summer days wither […]
EP REVIEW: roves – ‘A Strung Out Pilot’
Nestled in the Thames Valley – in Reading more precisely – a band has quietly grown from the roving countryside and confluence of rivers. A tidy four-piece comprised of lifelong friends Ethan Morgan (Vocals/Guitar) and Connor Coutts (Guitar), along with Ellis Morgan (Bass/Vocals) and Matt Jamieson (Drums) make up the musical enterprise of roves. With […]

TRACK OF THE DAY: Boniface – ‘Fumbling’
Winnipeg native, Micah Visser grew up in a neighborhood by the name of St. Boniface, for which his band is named, trying his hand at a number of creative things and emerging as something freshly groomed and original. Forged in the depths of youth, Boniface’s music is introspective, well balanced and sensibly indie with a […]
EP REVIEW: Seafret – ‘Monsters’
Our favorite boys from Bridlington are back after a two year hiatus with a brand new, shiny EP in anticipation of a second album. Tantalizingly mystic, Seafret emerges from the rolling fog of creative cultivation with the four track collection titled Monsters. With Jack Sedman & Harry Draper always at the helm, this new EP […]
ALBUM REVIEW: Emily Brown – ‘Bee Eater’
The 27 year old native to the Coachella Valley, Emily Brown, has promptly released her third studio album and it has found us like a little bird tensing for flight. Bee Eater is packed with a certain precision – one that both preserves and relinquishes the anxious romantics of being human in a beautifully poetic […]
