Ireland’s Otherkin are riding a wave ready to hit fever pitch, with their debut album set to drop later in the month and another tour embarking at the tail end of September (that will see them through to the end of the year) – it’s certainly shaping up to be a rock stars life for the four-piece. And new single ‘Come On, Hello’ only intensifies this.
The octane visuals visit various locations in Otherkin’s whirlwind journey this year: Stockpiled snapshots of the band’s touring antics are scattered with video from their supporting slot at Guns’N’Roses’ Slane Castle venture. All of these elements combine together to capture the raw energy and fast-paced vibrancy of what it is to watch Otherkin perform. The song, its a blazing holler of catchy hooks, killer riffs and absolute guitar carnage. Otherkin prove time and time again that they’re not just a band to keep up with, but to join in arms and raise chaos alongside. Now where’s this album.
