FESTIVAL PREVIEW: Live at Leeds In The Park 2024

We love a good festival, especially here in the UK, and Live at Leeds (specifically) always goes down well. The outdoor all-dayer returns this May, to the stunning location of Temple Newsam Park in Leeds. On Saturday, 25th May, spread across five stages, a host of familiar names and exciting emerging talent will perform for the masses. There’ll be sunshine (hopefully), tasty food, a reason to celebrate, and maybe we’ll even take home a new favourite musical obsession. Sound good? Then, please read on.

With stages presented by new music champions: DIY, Dork, and Clash, our anticipation creeps ever higher. Mighty staples of the indie scene grace the bigger stages, including the likes of The Kooks, Circa Waves, Future Islands, Declan McKenna, White Lies, Sea Girls, The Cribs—and the list goes on… This year’s line up is stacked with amazing prospect.

But, if you prefer the comfort of the smaller stages and enjoy discovering new(er) sounds, then maybe focus on the likes of Somebody’s Child, Nieve Ella, Seb Lowe, Lucia and the Best Boys, and Hotwax. They all have their own individual ways of delivering their beautiful stamp of expression through musical means, and what a treat to see these regular venue headliners play in the fields.

Other artists playing across the day’s schedule are: Melanie C, Caity Baser, Billy Nomates, Baxter Dury, The Academic, Baby Queen, Mystery Jets, Corinne Bailey Rae, Dylan John Thomas, Orla Gartland, The Mysterines, Vistas, The Slow Readers Club, Sprints, Antony Szmierek, Courting, Matilda Mann, Andrew Cushin, Tom A. Smith, Flowerovlove, Overpass, Beth McCarthy, Cosmo Pyke, Michael Aldag, Radio Free Alice and The Clause. And if you’re looking to plan your day some more, then good news, set times are now available at the click of a button—check those out here.
