A follow up to their immensely well-received debut ‘I Knew You’ out earlier this year, Newcastle surf-pop dreamboats Seeing Hands have dropped their latest single ‘It’s True’.
Opening with their wonderful signature guitar sound playing tranquil melody over serene soundscape backing, it’s a potent mix of dreamy vocals and sumptuous guitar licks delicately sewn together with frontman Kev Curran’s tender-hearted lyricism. ‘It’s True’ builds on their debut effort and is sure to win plenty of fanfare in the process.
The Geordie quartet have already received widespread acclaim on the blogosphere and have gained support from the likes of BBC 6Music and XFM, having spent the past few months honing their live craft with support slots alongside the likes of Day Wave, Beach Baby and Turnover.
Seeing Hands are just one of the many Newcastle bands who seem to be gathering more and more momentum as the weeks fly by, and rumour has it they’re already preparing for their next release as we approach 2017.
