Macclesfield three-piece Cassia chase the sun and celebrate their friendship in the accompanying film clip to new single ‘100 Times Over’. Themes of embracing adventure and searching for escapism are explored heavily within the visuals.
Finding a high vantage point within the rolling expanses of the Peak District, the band settle down and launch into a spontaneous jam session. The school friends have a camaraderie between themselves that translates through the screen and forms a bond with its viewer, it’s this friendly non-intrusive manner that will easily win Cassia a heap of supporters.
With the likeable Northern charm of Little Comets and the sunny pop vibrancy of Saint Raymond, Cassia’s indie tropics will, at the very least, take the edge off the increasingly bitter cold chill that Winter is sending our way.
