INTRODUCING: Where’s Strutter

Where’s Strutter are Paddy Neville (vocals/guitar), Danny Green (lead guitar), Josh Leach (bass) and Lee Broadbent (drums), and undoubtedly, they are one of Manchester’s most exciting young bands.

They have already made an impressive start to their careers, already having played shows with the likes of Pete Doherty, The View and Buzzcocks and having sold out many headlining gigs of their own, cementing them as one of Manchester’s great new bands. Not only that, they are also the first unsigned band to headline the Club Academy, Academy 2 and 3, here in Manchester, in less than a space of 12 months, which is impressive.

They released their début EP, entitled Apollo’s Bloom last year and this year is set to be full-on touring for the band, in anticipation for their long awaited début LP, which surely can’t be too far off now.

Their live sets prove to be nothing less than explosive, loud, crazy fun epics, which makes them the perfect fit for the music scene here in Manchester, as who doesn’t love to be a part of a rowdy, intense crowd that celebrates the best that Manchester’s music scene can offer. Their sound is very eclectic in its composition, but what you can expect is a big dose of heavy drum beats; slick guitar rhythms and slow-burning melodies, that you could just eat up, making for the perfect sound. You’re really missing out, if you don’t listen to these guys.
