With a debut track this ferocious, it won’t be long before Girls In Synthesis are capable of levelling buildings.
The London trio’s ‘The Mound’ charges on like a juggernaut, 6/4 driving drums laying the groundwork for occult lyrics, humming bass and blasts of noise guitar. A harsh, drone-rock number, clearly influenced by Suicide, it is a track that will grab you by the throat.
Part of their debut AA single, along with ‘Disappear’, released March 17, through Own It Music / Cargo Records.
Their live shows (having previously played with Cherry Glazerr and Revenue) are already becoming of legend, extended periods of feedback as dialogue from Orson Welles’ The Trial and Heaven’s Gate videos play.

Thursday 13th April: The Phoenix, Coventry
Friday 2nd June: Sticky Mike’s Frog Bar, Brighton
