Taking it back to the ’60s, VALA have once again gifted us with an absolute gem, in their new single ‘Want Your Love’. Oozing perfect harmonies and serendipitous guitar melodies, as a listener you’re transported to a euphoric bubble of summery vibes, which is incredibly fitting considering the weather we’ve been having recently.
Speaking on the new single, they say “‘Want Your Love’ is the follow up from our last release, ‘Summer Air.’ It takes the Everly Brothers/early-Beatles sound even further as we try and marry that with our modern indie sensibilities.”
I for one am honestly so impressed with what this four-piece are producing, and it really shows their capability of creating a nostalgic yet current track – it is a true note to their fantastic song writing abilities. I am excited to see what they have for us next, and you should be too!
