SOAK (aka. Bridie Monds-Watson) is a magnificent artist, hailing from Derry, Northern Ireland. She is blessed with a gentle and fragile voice which is simply astounding. She is a singer-songwriter that once you’ve heard her, you can’t go back.

The intricacies of her voice make her songs so much more than just songs they are delicate and moving pieces of music. Bridie is someone really special, she may only be 17, but she is truly inspiring and a true talent, who surely will be making music for the rest of her life. She has a voice that is very original, it’s pure, every word she weaves is delicately beautiful and seeped in emotion. She doesn’t need much to create something magical, just her voice and a guitar and she’s on to a winner. She just takes you to another world. Have a listen below, I’m not exaggerating, she is truly a star.
