Brooding dark-pop crafter George Cosby unveils the ominously seductive ‘All of Your Love’. Perfecting powerful song-craft, Cosby releases the second track from his forthcoming EP A Savage Kiss. With simple, yet carefully cutting, wordplay the London based rising-dynamo follows the debut success of his 2015 EP Human Touch. Using graceful arrangement, Cosby expands on his impassioned and mature tones.
‘All of Your Love’ is in keeping to the arresting depth and soul of Cosby’s ‘Ritual Blush’ or ‘Vacant Grace’, diving further in handsomely moody tension. Impassioned vocals ascend in haunting persuasion, as they crescendo with cathartic instrumentation. Cosby lyrically exposes a vulnerable slice of fear in this romantic venture: “Seek to destroy I’m just a boy when you turn out the light / Tell me your name is it the same in the harsh of the night?”
In soul-bearing beauty, Cosby injects handsome honesty into melancholy pop. Still enigmatically swirling just beneath the mainstream radar, George Cosby’s culminated yet crisp emotive talent deserves the same break-through spotlight as Hozier.
George Cosby’s new EP ‘A Savage Kiss’ sees release October 14th on Yucatan Records.
